or a water and white vinegar solution is the best day to day care one can give
their diamond jewelry. In no case use a chlorine based cleaner for gold
this will over time dissolve the alloy components of the metal. All personal

Extent of Limited Warranty
1. Barnett Davis Inc. warrants that Barnett Davis Inc. sold jewelry will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of the
purchase by the customer.
2. These warranties are in addition to any applicable manufacturer's warranties.
3. Barnett Davis Inc. specifically disclaims and excludes Jewelry not repaired
by Barnett Davis Inc.
4. Jewelry abuse due to faulty usage by customer are specifically disclaimed and
excluded under this warranty.
5. Barnett Davis Inc. limited warranty covers only those defects which arises as
a result of normal and proper use of this product, and does not apply to any:
1. Products found to be abused, altered or modified;
2. Products found to be physically damaged;
3. Improper or inadequate maintenance;
6. Warranty date begins on original invoice date.
7. Warranty void without receipt.
8. This standard limited warranty does not include service, repair, or
replacement to correct any damage caused by improper usage, accidental,
disaster, misuse, abuse or modifications to the jewelry not approved in writing
by Barnett Davis Inc. All other express or implied warranties, including the
implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are
hereby disclaimed. Normal wear and tear are not covered. If product (s) are not
in good working order as warranted, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be
repair or replacement. In no event shall Barnett Davis Inc. be liable for any
damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. This limitation applies
to damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct or indirect
damages, lost profits, lost savings or other special, incidental, exemplary or
consequential damages whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise, or
whether arising out of the use of or inability to use the product, even if
Barnett Davis Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or any
claim by any other party. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may
or may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
9. Inspection of Product upon Receipt - You must notify Barnett Davis Inc.
within 48hrs if any items found missing or damaged after you receive the jewelry
or accessories. Barnett Davis Inc. will not consider any claim for damaged or
missing items more than 48hrs from the date of delivery.
Limitations of Warranty
1. Barnett Davis Inc. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO Barnett Davis Inc. Barnett Davis Inc. SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2. The remedies provided in this warranty are the customers sole and exclusive
remedies.
3. Barnett Davis Inc. shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in
performing any of its obligations, when such failure to perform or delay in
performing any of its obligations, when failure is due to circumstances beyond
its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strike,
flood, riot, fire, earthquake, lockout, late or nondelivery by suppliers,
shortage or unavailability of materials, components, or transportation
facilities, or any act or refusal to act, regulation, order, or intervention of
any governmental authority.
4. EXCEPT AS SET OUT HEREIN IN NO EVENT SHALL Barnett Davis Inc. BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER
BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY AND WHETHER
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
5. This standard limited warranty does not include service, repair, or
replacement to correct any damage caused by improper installation, improper
connection with any peripheral, external electrical fault, accidental, disaster,
misuse, abuse or modifications to the jewelry not approved in writing by Barnett
Davis Inc. All other express or implied warranties, including the implied
warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby
disclaimed. Normal wear and tear are not covered. If product(s) are not in good

7. Accessories ( or components) Purchase - For accessories denoted Bulk or
components sold separately, Barnett Davis Inc. warrants that such items will
conform to their published specifications and will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of
original purchase. All others will carry first 30-day defective exchange only
and subject to manufacturer's warranty thereafter. This limited warranty and any
implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose are limited in duration to a period of time set forth in each
stated warranty. No other warranties apply. In no event shall Barnett Davis Inc.
be liable for consequential damages for breach of warranty, including but not
limited to lost profits or injury to reputation and good will.
